Organic Recertification Farm Applicant

This is a flowchart that describes CSI's organic certification process for existin clients reapplying for certification.

This quality system procedure outlines the application and certification procedures for clients who apply to Seeds Canada dba Centre for Systems Integration for certification as either an organic farm, livestock operator, or organic processor/handler under the Canada Organic Regime and with equivalency certification to the NOP, EU and JAS organic standards.  This policy manual also outlines the inspection procedures carried out by CSI recognized inspectors to determine compliance of an applicant's system with the organic standard(s) to which application was made. 

If you are producing organic maple syrup and applying for organic recertification, then you need to complete this form in place of or in addition to the "Organic Farm Recertification Form" (ORG_FAR_03_ Recert form.doc).
