If you are a CSI client producing organic livestock or poultry flocks, you will need to complete this form or submit your own equivalent records. This form needs to be updated annually with your recertification application.
This form needs to be completed if you are requesting certification of land that has been managed by someone else, but which you want to include in your farm management plan for the current year.
