Interpretation of COR Standards
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Canada Organic Office (COO) has partnered with the Organic Federation of Canada to establish the Canada Organic Standards Interpretation Committee (SIC). The objective of the Committee is to provide COO and the organic industry with interpretive guidance of Canada's national standards for organic agriculture (CAN/CGSB 32.310 and CAN/CGSB 32.311).
